SHIPPING POLICY

We offer the following shipping methods:

  • International Shipping: We offer international shipping to select countries. Delivery times and shipping costs vary depending on the destination. Please see the shipping options at checkout for more details.
     

Please note: Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to factors beyond our control, such as weather conditions, customs delays, and carrier issues.

2. Shipping Costs:

  • Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the following factors:
     

    • Shipping destination

    • Weight and dimensions of the package

    • Chosen shipping method
       

3. Shipping Restrictions:

  • We currently do not ship to Customs, Duties, and Taxes (For International Orders): For international orders, you may be responsible for paying customs duties, import taxes, or other fees levied by your country's customs authorities. These charges are not included in the purchase price or shipping cost and are the responsibility of the recipient.

  • We are not responsible for any delays caused by customs processing.

4. Lost or Damaged Packages:

  • If your package is lost or damaged during transit, please contact us immediately at thoniamichaell@gmail.com. We will work with the shipping carrier to resolve the issue.

5. Incorrect Shipping Address:

​

  • Please ensure that you provide the correct shipping address at checkout. We are not responsible for packages delivered to incorrect addresses provided by the customer. If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address, you will be responsible for the reshipping costs.

RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY

Thank you for shopping at YL Collective. We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not, we offer exchange within the guidelines outlined below.

1. Eligibility for Exchange:

​

  • Items must be returned or exchanged within 5 days of the delivery date.

  • Items must be in their original condition: unworn, unwashed, and with all original tags attached.

  • Items must be returned in the original packaging.

2. How to Initiate a Return or Exchange:

​

  • To initiate a return or exchange, please follow these steps:

    1. Clarify the exchange policy: "Exchanges will be considered for valid reasons (e.g., size issues, defects) and require the return of the original item in its original condition."

3. Return Shipping Costs:

​

  • Option 1 (Customer Pays): Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the item is defective or we made an error with your order.  

  • Option 2 (We Pay for Specific Reasons): We will cover the return shipping costs if the item is defective or we made an error with your order. In all other cases, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.

  • Option 3 (Free Returns): We offer free returns on all orders within Lagos.

4. Exchanges:

  • If you would like to exchange an item for a different size or color, please contact our customer service team at thoniamichaell@gmail.com to check availability.  

  • If the desired exchange item is available, we will ship it to you once we receive the returned item.

5. Damaged or Defective Items:

  • If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately at thoniamichaell@gmail.com with photos of the damage or defect. We will arrange for a replacement or refund as quickly as possible.
